When and where are S-HEADS events held?
We are a group of Headteachers who benefit from meeting and working together. We each contribute equally with an annual membership fee and and meet formally three times a year to share information and ideas and receive professional advice and guidance from guest speakers. We share resources through the website and support each other in a variety of ways.

How does S-HEADS work?
If you are the leader of a primary school or academy in Staffordshire, you can request to be a member of the Learning Partnership subject to an agreement to commit to the values of the partnership and payment of the annual fee.

We are a like-minded group of professionals who are aligned in what we see as being important for a cohesive and supportive learning partnership. Operating with these values at the heart of what we do is fulfilling and purposeful, enabling us to work together effectively in the pursuit of educational excellence.
Why are the values important?
Being a member of the learning partnership provides you with access to our calendar of events that take place each term providing shared CPD to enhance knowledge and expertise. These sessions provide a forum to explore ideas, discuss key topics and seek advice from each other and keynote speakers. You will also gain access to our website with a range of resources including templates policies, letters and documents.

What are the benefits of joining?
Joining the learning partnership provides you with access to:

3 full day events per academic year with a Headteacher update and networking (one per term)
Lunch and refreshments are included in all sessions which are held at a conference venue in Stafford with good road and ample parking.
The calendar of events is published annually and members are required to register for each session in advance to secure their place.
Events have a speaking in the morning and an essential HT update from drb in the afternoon. Opportunities are built in for networking discussions to as follows:
